The Challenge
The project site sits on reclaimed waterfront land with variable soil conditions requiring specialized deep foundation techniques. Additionally, the client demanded LEED Platinum certification, pushing the design team to innovate on energy efficiency and water recycling systems.
The Solution & Execution
We deployed a hybrid foundation system combining driven steel piles with reinforced concrete mat foundations to address the variable ground conditions effectively.
