The Challenge
Constructing a high-rise in a densely populated urban environment presented significant logistical and engineering challenges. The foundation required deep excavation adjacent to historic structures, necessitating advanced vibration monitoring and precision retaining walls. Additionally, the ambitious timeline required overlapping phases of design and construction.
The Solution & Execution
Our team utilized 100% BIM (Building Information Modeling) integration to clash-test all structural and MEP systems prior to fabrication. This resulted in a zero-rework margin during the construction phase.
